I installed two layers of Reflectix at the subfloor section aft of the gray tanks. The first layer is attached to the subfloor with staples. The second layer is attached the first with quarter-sized globs of Silicon II. The silicon acts as an adhesive standoff providing an air gap between layers at all areas except the layer edges.
