Began sealing the shell to the frame.

---------------------------------------------------

We'll be using butyl putty tape to seal the shell to the frame. It's permanently flexible and makes a great seal. This stuff is tacky, making it almost impossible to install prior to mating the shell to the frame. The shell would not be able to slide in place over the frame "C" channel.

The tape is worked between the shell skin and frame.

Clecos are installed at existing fastener locations. The clamping force of the clecos allows the butyl putty to settle and form a good seal.

That's all for today.
