Removed various mounts, extrusions and brackets from the interior walls and began developing a plan to lift the shell off of the frame.

Remaining mounts, extrusions and brackets were removed from the interior walls.

I removed an external gold trim section from the area between the wheel well and the entry door.  The trim covers the attach location where the shell and belly skin overlap and are fastened to the "C" channel.  The "C" channel is the primary support member for the shell, and secures the shell to the trailer frame.  Screws attach the channel to the subfloor.

The interior skin at this location is removed to expose the channel.

The belly skin is sandwiched between the outer skin and channel, and the belly skin edges are folded over one of the channel legs.  There is sealant between the shell and belly skin.

Separating the shell from the frame will be a challenge.  The plan is to try to remove the shell, while leaving the belly skin and "C" channel attached the trailer frame.  The biggest obstacle will be the sealant, which will make shell separation from the frame an interesting task.

The next tasks are to remove the wheel wells and the trunk.  The interior skins will be removed as required to access the rest of the "C" channel.  Also, enough interior skin will have to be removed to expose the shell bulkheads and stringers to facilitate the attachment of bracing.

That's all for today.
