Spliced the subfloor sections together today.

We first placed subfloor section 1 on the frame.
The subfloor sections were aligned and witness marks were placed on the bottom sides of the sections.
The subfloor sections are removed from the frame and placed top down on the floor.
The original subfloor sections are laid out and will be referenced for original wood splice locations and dimensions.
I began installing corrugated fasteners starting at the most aft section, and worked forward from there.
Installing corrugated fasteners with a hammer is a pain. I am not proud of these beauty marks. Only a few were this bad. Most went in flawlessly. All corrugated fastener locations were covered with epoxy after installation.
3/4" plywood was used for splicing at three of four seams. 5/8" plywood was used above the 6 gallon gray tank due to limited clearance between subfloor and tank top. Construction adhesive and 1-1/4" screws attached the splices at the seams.
The old subfloor sections are now on the burn pile. Yeah!
With the help of my Wife, Son, and friends, the subfloor assembly is picked up and turned over as a single unit, and then placed on the frame. The subfloor section joints are very tight and perfectly even. I am glad that we took the time to assemble all sections together at once using the original factory method. The corrugated fasteners and plywood splices make for very strong joints.
So long old subfloor...
Next on the to-do list is to secure the subfloor to the frame.
