Additional work on the 6 gallon tank cover.

It wasn't until this evening that I realized that I'd configured the 6 gallon tank cover to attach to the structural channel. Structural channel is way too thick to accept a rivnut, and I do not want to drill and tap the channel.
An aluminum mount plate is installed where the tank cover originally mounted. The tank cover is modified to attach to the new mount plate via rivnuts in the mount plate.
