Removed the gaucho bed frame this evening.
The water tank is completely exposed now. Interesting tank. It is in excellent condition on the outside. I hope for the same on the inside. Writing on the tank is "PT-SS-21", "Silver Streak", and "Special".
The tank is manufactured by "Motor Rim & Wheel, MMC Division, Hemet, California". Date appears to be "6-15-74", and the model is "Special".
Were these original equipment for Silver Streaks? Is this a custom built tank? If ANYONE has information on this/these tanks, PLEASE let me know.
Finished the evening by removing the floor tiles at the entrance.
