We secured the shell to the subfloor/frame this afternoon.

The buckeye drill motor is handy in this situation.

We'll use the same fasteners that we used to secure the "C" channel to the subfloor....#8 x 1" 18-8 stainless screws.

The shell sits on the frame so nicely that we're able to reuse the original fastener holes at the wheel wells. Clecos will secure these areas until we're ready to start riveting.

The wiring cutouts align perfectly. I'm amazed at how well everything aligns considered the amount of work that we done on the frame.

The entry door structure is secured to the frame with #10 x 1-1/2" 18-8 stainless screws.

We'll start securing the shell skin to the "C" channel in coming days.

That's all for today.
