I dimensioned the Thetford black water tank today. The pics below will be forwarded to several RV tank fabricators for quote, and the tank will be taken to a local plastic tank fabricator for quote.

UPDATE 05/18/2011:
Quote from local fabricator, $800+. Quotes from two prominent RV tank fabricators, $1000 and $1800. Yeah right. I'm not that desperate. For $800, I can buy a professional quality plastic welder and enough material to learn the skill plus build four tanks.
I've ordered a plastic welder and will attempt to repair the existing tank. If that fails, I'll fabricate a new tank.
